Q: What is the minimum lead-time required for Travel?
A: If you could allow at least 7 days prior to departure to process your reservation. Packages including airfare, rail/or special hotels and Paradores will require advance notice- So book early!
Q: When is my reservation confirmed?
A: After completing your Proposal- you will be notified by e-mail or phone that you are confirmed. You will be notified within 24 hours of your request that I received your e-mail or phone call.
Q: What documents will I receive and when are they sent?
A: Depending on what your package includes..documents will consist or air tickets, hotel vouchers, sightseeing vouchers, car rental vouchers, rail tickets and any other services we have provided for you along with brochures, maps and "must see things".
*You will receive your package 14-10 days prior to your departure by Express Service Delivery.
Q: Can I call and ask questions before I make a reservation?
A: Of course! I would love to talk to you. You may contact me at your convenience from the contact list on my web-site.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Deposit is due of $200.00 per person after confirming your reservation and your final payment will be due 45 days prior to your departure.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks for final payment.
Q: Can I change my reservation once it's confirmed?
A: Once a reservation has been submitted and deposited- you may still make changes to your reservations. Once you are paid in full- you are then under a penalty to change or cancel.
Q: Can I cancel my reservation once it has been submitted?
A: After all reservations are paid in full you will be under penalties as follows:
Cancellation within 45 days -30 days, $200.00 per person and 20% of your package
Cancellation within 29-15 days, $200.00 per person and 50% of your package
Cancellation within 14-to arrival is fully non-refundable.
***I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
Q: What kind of room can I expect?
A: All of the accommodations I offer provide private bathroom facilities. Room types and sizes depend on the destination. In Europe room sizes are generally much smaller than American Hotels.
Here is a general guideline for bed types:
-Double: 1 double bed which sleeps 2
-Twin: 2 twin beds with sleeps 1 in each
-Single: 1 single or twin bed which sleeps 1
-Triple: 3 twin beds which sleeps 1 in each of 1 double which sleeps 2 and 1 roll away.
*Queen and/or king beds can be requested and are usually an upgrade in cost at most hotels.
*Upgrades to superior rooms, executive rooms and suites are available upon your request.
